Biography:
Annie January, known as Starlight, is a prominent character in the Amazon Prime Video television series, The Boys.
Her first appearance is in the pilot episode of The Boys, entitled "The Name of the Game," released in 2019.
Portrayed as a deeply moral and idealistic young woman, Starlight possesses the power of photokinesis, allowing her to generate and manipulate light. Recruited into the elite superhero team, The Seven, she quickly becomes disillusioned by the corruption and cynicism that pervades the group and Vought International.
Throughout the series, Starlight grapples with her desire to be a genuine hero and her increasing involvement with the anti-superhero vigilante group, The Boys.
